The process of account cancellation

7) The account cancellation does not involve any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by the competent authorities that have occurred, and there is no realistic risk of litigation or adjustment mentioned above;
8) The account does not have any other obligations that should be fulfilled in accordance with laws and regulations but have not yet been fulfilled;
During our verification process, if we find that your account cannot meet the above conditions simultaneously, your account cancellation application will be rejected. If you wish to continue with the cancellation, you need to handle the relevant matters according to the reason for rejection before initiating a new account cancellation application.
